Utility companies love them.
If you use 10 kwh one day and 5 kwh for 29 days guess how much you pay for?
Don't worry -- you can always eat next week.
I was used to this concept back in Norway in the 70s/80s.
Now it's gone global and everyone is complaining about retail prices.
