UPDATE: The NOAA network is slowly coming up. ~6 hr back the main IP's
were responding with "authorization fail" rather than timing out.
Just now all the servers were up but the filesystems are offline.
Realtime services to monitor e.g. Atl hurricanes are distributed
across the country should be running maybe 1/2 normal as long as they
don't need the big database services.

Global warming is about "climate" and climate is defined as 30 years or
more statistics.
